Rent Cycle - Is always 1st of every month. Incase u join in between the difference will be adjusted in the next month. *

Amount to be Paid in the beginning of the stay month rent in advance + security deposit + agreement charges as informed to u . *

Notice to Vacate -To vacate the bed 1 month notice period to be given in writing by email to happyhomeresidency123@gmail.com and sms/whatsapp, incase u do not receive a reply from us please call and inform us . 1 month notice period is counted from the day you inform us u r vacating. Incase you want to vacate without giving notice you will have to pay 1 months rent as the notice period amount. Under No circumstances is the Notice period of 1 month waived off . *

Security Deposit is not adjusted with the last months rent. Security Deposit is returned the day you are vacating the place. *

Rent has to be paid by 3rd of every month.Incase u are paying after the 3rd security Deposit is 2 times the rent. *

Electricity Bill is NOT included in rent ,It is divided among all flatmates. u have to pay electricity bill as and when u receive Electricity Bill amount. Delay in making payment of electrity bill u will have to bear the late payment charges as charged by The electric supply company. Adani or Tata. *

Housekeeping - the floors , Bathrooms will be cleaned by Maid. Personal vessel cleaning is not included in rent. You have to maintain cleanliness of fridge and kitchen and not litter around in common areas . *

Personal Bed Items Such as Pillow , Pillow cover, Bed sheet and Blanket are not provided by us. If we find you r using mattress without putting a bedsheet on it. We expect you to replace the mattress when you vacate or we will charge you for mattress and give the one you have been using without bedsheet back to you. INCASE THERE IS NEW BEDSHEETS ON YOUR BED IT WILL BE CHARGABLE - 180/- INCASE U WANT IT OR U CAN RETURN IT TO US UNUSED. *

FOOD IS NOT PROVIDED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT however u have a kitchen where u can cook your food , hire a cook , order tiffin etc. what ever is convenient to you *

Room Given on as is where is basis any extra fixutres or furniture required by you. You have to arrange at your own cost.

Security Deposit Refunding Process 1).You have to whatsapp or email 1 day in advance day and time you r vacating. 2).All your belongings from bed, Cupboard, Kitchen, Fridge have to be removed all your garbage has to be disposed of by you. 3). Ac meter reading picture to be sent when you are vacating till then we will not be able to calculate electricity amount. 4). All keys to be returned. 300 rs per key will be deducted incase any key is missing *
